Jupyter Launcher

You can easily start a Jupyter Notebook for your work by using the Jupyter Launcher on the Qim platform:

CINEMAX Usage Limits

During the CINEMAX summer school, the following resource limits apply:

  • Up to 4 CPUs

  • Up to 32 GB RAM

  • 1 GPU with 8 GB VRAM

  • Maximum wall time: 3 hours

  • Must use the c47511 queue

You can launch notebooks with ready-to-use setups:

If your notebook takes longer than two minutes to start, please refresh the page and try again.

Data access

All data related to the course will be located at

/dtu/3d-imaging-center/courses/47511/

Which can be accessed using Filestash: https://filestash.qim.dk/files/dtu/3d-imaging-center/courses/47511/

Workspace

Please use the workspace directory for your project files. Keep the directory organized by creating descriptive sub-folders (your name, group number, etc).

File permissions can be adjusted using Filestash:

Pydidas

  1. Go to Thinlinc: https://thinlinc.gbar.dtu.dk/

  2. Log in using your DTU credentials

  3. Open Terminal:

The following commands must be run on the terminal window:

  1. linuxsh -X
  2. source /dtu/3d-imaging-center/QIM/conda/miniconda3/bin/activate
  3. conda activate pydidas
  4. pydidas-gui
